                                                                  Photoshop Tutorial
I used the splatter paint tutorial on three photos I captured and I really enjoy the effect gave to the subjects.

 Focal Length
In this project me and my friends had to demonstrate the effect of focal length on perspective.

Text Portrait
For this Project, I chose my friend Brianna because I really liked the photo I took of her so I used my subject. this was probably one of the hardest projects because adding text to an image and making it look good was very difficult.

Photo Recreation
For this project I had to recreate three images photographed by one or more famous photographers. I found a few pictures online I wanted to recreate and I had to try to use the same lighting and perspectives as the original artist. For the sunset photo I was unable to find the original artist unfortunately, but I decided to use the picture because I liked it so much.

Sequential Photography
For this project I chose a Fine Arts dance student named Meredith, as my subject and captured her leaping into the air.

 Shutter Speed and Motion Blur
For this project I had to demonstrate the effect of shutter speed as it relates to motion blur and camera blur.

Second Semester

 PSA: Character Development
A PSA is used to promote a positive character trait. For this project we had to choose one of the traits that were listed or one which I felt strongly about which was Joy.

Paint Bucket
I used the paint bucket tool in a Photoshop to create impressionistic picture. this technique allows the image to have a paint-like look.

Color Pass
For this picture, I was really interested in the way the chairs and desks were set up. I’m sure that whoever put the desks there were not intentionally trying to make it look like a crime scene, but that is what it reminded me of. So that is why for the select color project I wanted to highlight the yellow tape to make it look somewhat like a crime scene. To make this piece, I selected the yellow tape and placed it in a new layer in Photoshop. Then I went back into the original layer and changed the it to black and white and changed the color and contrast and that is how I created my piece.

Four Seasons
This is project was primarily a photo manipulation project. I went online to search for images of four seasons. Once I chose a picture I liked, I had to create a composition depicting a tree with landscape with each of the four seasons.

Mood and Message

Still Life
The left side are still lifes of things I found at random and the right side is the side showing pictures of still lifes that I created myself. For the created still lifes, I just moved objects in a specific place where I thought it would look aesthetically pleasing and captured the picture.

Still Life Manipulation
For this project, I took items that I liked or use in my everyday life and created a still life.

Bees Project
For this project we need to find a way to display the impact of bees and we they are so important to us and our environment. I wanted to show the viewer that every little thing plays in intricate role in the process of the life cycle. By separating each part of the photo, I was able to create such an effect.

 Newspaper Cover
This project will replace the Collage project because it was used as the cover for the school newspaper, The Sentinel. The paper's issue was about what makes you happy or what brings positivity within your life. Therefore, I asked my subject what made her happy and incorporated it within the artwork.

Multiplane Camera
I wanted to create a desert scene for this project and allow the viewer to be brought into a the scene being displayed.

Close-Up Photography
For this project I wanted to show close-up images of things people usually don't stop to take a picture of. For this Project we had to get up close and personal with our subjects in order capture their essence.
